Refund/Return Policy

    • There will be no refunds or exchanges on oils purchased or shipped.  Returns, refund or exchanges sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. 

    • All claims must be made within 7 days of the invoice date with a claim number from the carrier to speed up the process. All unauthorized returns will be refused. No Credit will be given.

    • Kingdom Fragrances does not give cash refunds. We will issue a store credit after we have granted authorization. 

    • There will be a 20% stocking fee on authorized exchanges, refunds or returns. Thank you
